solution to a usb port problem

when you experience USB port problem, maybe the USB port was working before ,
all of a sudden when you plug in a USB device,
the device don't  work or display in the monitor.
may the following solutions may be helpful:
[1] * Right click on "my computer",click on "properties"
* Click on "Hardware",then on "device manager"
you can also use this method to go the "device manager"
* Click on "start",then "run",type "devmgr"
* Check to see if any controller is installed and look out for yellow mark(s)
then, uninstall it and reboot the system
go to device manager, and search for
new hardware,if this do not help follow this next step
[2] * go to start, click on "run"
* type "regedit"
* go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE"
* right click and click on "expand"
* click on "SYSTEM", then "CurrentControlSet"
* click on "USB" on the right hand side when it said diableselectivesuspend
right click on it and click on modify in tha value data enter "1"
NOTE: if you cannot edit the registry just this code,copy
and paste it in a text editor eg notepad and save it with
"any-name.reg",there must be a ".reg" at the end of the name you decide to use
